Patient Monitoring

We understand that anesthesia is often the most anxiety-inducing part of any procedure for pet owners, and we want to assure you that your pet’s safety is our highest priority. During any procedure requiring anesthesia, a dedicated veterinary technician or trained assistant is assigned to monitor your pet continuously—from the moment anesthesia is administered until your pet is fully awake, alert, and in recovery. Your pet is never left alone during this time.

This team member’s only responsibility is to monitor your pet’s vital signs—including heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen levels, blood pressure, and temperature—in real time. We use advanced monitoring equipment, and all readings are carefully recorded and tracked throughout the entire anesthetic event and recovery. This constant supervision allows us to respond immediately to even the slightest changes, and our veterinarians take this responsibility extremely seriously.

Patient safety is our highest priority. Our doctors follow strict anesthetic protocols and rely on trained support staff to help ensure every procedure is as safe and smooth as possible. If you have any questions about how your pet will be monitored or any concerns about anesthesia, we encourage you to ask—we’re here to provide reassurance and transparency at every step.

The best care for your best friend!
